SY AINI is a brand-new 2025 YYachts Y7, an exceptional 23.6-metre luxury performance sailing yacht that combines Scandinavian elegance with world-class sailing capabilities. Designed by renowned naval architect Bill Tripp and built by Michael Schmidt Yachtbau, AINI offers a rare balance of exhilarating sailing performance, luxurious comfort and effortless handling, making her one of the most distinctive crewed sailing yachts available on the French Riviera.
Based in Antibes, AINI is perfectly positioned for bespoke charters along the French Riviera, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Corsica and Northern Sardinia. Unlike many yachts of her size, she is designed to truly sail, delivering a quiet, authentic and engaging experience even in light winds, while offering spacious outdoor living areas and beautifully crafted contemporary interiors.
Complemented by an outstanding professional crew, guests can expect exceptional hospitality, personalised itineraries and outstanding Mediterranean cuisine, whether enjoying a relaxing family holiday, a romantic escape or an unforgettable sailing adventure through some of Europe’s most spectacular cruising grounds. Captain Jannika Lindbohm brings extensive international sailing experience and a passion for sharing life at sea, while Chef/Stewardess Laura De Rose delights guests with fresh Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and attentive service throughout the charter.
Jannika grew up in the lake district in Finland, but was drawn to the ocean at an early age. After some years working around the world in various hospitality management positions and as a diving teacher, she decided to move on sailboats. She has then skippered various boats and been involved in all aspects of sailing industry -from teaching to racing, to delivering yachts and running charters, sailing monohulls and catamarans and taking part for new build and refit projects. After spending some years in the Caribbean and sailing on both coasts of the North American continent, she has returned to the warm Mediterranean summer waters.
Jannika thrives to ensure safe and enjoyable time on board for her guests and loves to show them life on the water. Her eye for detail, sailing knowledge and passion to the ocean and sailing will guarantee a lovely time on Aini. Jannika has been involved with project Aini from the beginning of the launch in early September 2025. She holds commercially endorsed RYA Yacht Master Ocean qualification. When not sailing, Jannika enjoys diving, freediving, surfing, kitesurfing, running, hiking, spending time in nature and photographing her surroundings. She speaks Finnish as her native language, fluent English and intermediate Spanish
