Captain Mustafa was born near Marmaris. Starting his yachting career in 2001, he has been working on charter yachts ever since and knows this coastline like the back of his hand. With his positive energy, good-nature and can do attitude, he is a great person to be around. In his spare time he enjoys reading and spending time with his family. Mustafa speaks English and Turkish.
Engin has been working on charter yachts in Turkey as a chef since 2005. His years of experience have made him very quick in the galley, enabling him to prepare a rich table for his guests several times a day, every day. He concentrates mainly on Turkish cuisine, with special emphasis on starters served in olive oil dressing and fresh fish main courses. He is a modest man and has a very gentle aura. He speaks Turkish and beginner level English.
Ahmet was born and raised in İstanbul. He took an interest in the yachting sector when he was working in a corporate company. Since then, he has gained extensive experience as a deckhand and steward. He is outgoing and his professional attitude makes him an excellent member of the crew. He is fluent in English and Turkish, well-travelled, with interests in extreme Sports.
Yunus Emre is from the Mediterranean town of Marmaris. He studied International Relations in İzmir and has always been interested in the sea. After his graduation in 2023, he moved on to luxury charter vessels as a deckhand where he has proved to be a calm and customer orientated crew member. His hobbies include weightlifting, swimming and fishing. Yunus Emre is fluent in English and Turkish.
Efe, born in Dalaman in 2006, joined Always Smile in 2024 and is our youngest crew member. He graduated from maritime high school, during which he had several terms of internship. Always Smile is his first experience onboard a luxury charter vessel and since the beginning he has demonstrated exceptional performance through his proactive approach towards both the daily upkeep of the vessel and the preparations for charters. He is a very kind young man and is always ready to help with a smile.
