With over 15 years of experience in the yachting industry, Captain Blaz is a highly skilled and self-driven professional known for his reliability, organization, and calm approach in high-pressure situations.
He has extensive experience operating motor yachts, sailing catamarans, and sailing yachts, supported by a strong background in sail racing and yacht maintenance.

A certified Yachtmaster Offshore, he has navigated the Adriatic, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Atlantic, always prioritizing safety and exceptional guest service.
As a yacht instructor on an 80-feet motor yacht, he enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion for the sea.

Captain Blaz is well-regarded for building lasting relationships with clients, many of whom return for repeat charters and provide glowing references. He also holds his own captain’s liability insurance.

Jakov Iskra

Jakov is an experienced and reliable cook with over 10 years in the hospitality industry.
Jakov maintains a clean and organized galley, manages inventory, and ensures hygiene standards are met consistently.

Alongside his culinary skills, Jakov is fully equipped to handle steward duties on board, such as maintaining guest cabins, cleaning, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring the yacht remains spotless and comfortable at all times.

He is known for his adaptability, discretion, and strong team spirit.
His dedication, attention to detail, and positive attitude make him an excellent and reliable crew member, capable of supporting both the galley and guest services to enhance the overall experience on board.
