Born in Italy has spent all is youth and current career following his passion for the sea. After graduating from the Institute Nautical he immediately started his duties as cadet on board both commercial and cruising boats.
Captain La Delfa has been working in the yachting industry for over 10 years. He has extensively cruised both the Western & Mediterranean as well as Indian, Pacific and Atlantic Ocean.
His friendly attitude and his deep knowledge of the sea and commercial operations makes him one of the youngest still most expert Captain in the industry.

His extensive background in both Italian and French cuisine, combined with a profound respect for seasonal, high-quality ingredients, makes him an exceptional culinary presence aboard Thyke III. For the past eleven years, Giuliano has served as both chef and sailor for international guests aboard luxury river barges across Italy and France. Responsible for designing full menus and selecting raw ingredients, he consistently delivered authentic regional cuisine with creativity, precision, and elegance. Beyond the galley, Giuliano is a true team player, known for his calm demeanor, professionalism, and excellent organizational skills. Clean, detail oriented, and highly adaptable, he brings a collaborative spirit and a problem-solving mindset to every environment. A passionate sailor with a nautical license and Atlantic crossing experience, Giuliano embodies the spirit of the sea both in and out of the kitchen. Ángela is a passionate and versatile stewardess with over a decade of experience in hospitality and one year aboard a 52m private motor yacht in the role of Chief Stewardess. She brings a refined sense of service, an eye for detail, and a warm, guest-focused approach to life on board. With a strong background as a professional mixologist and barista, she adds a unique flair to onboard service, creating elevated and personalized guest experiences.
On THYKE III, Ángela stands out for her ability to anticipate guests’ needs, her excellent communication skills, and her genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. She is well-versed in provisioning, service, laundry care, and event organisation, while also contributing to the crew’s wellbeing as a supportive team player. Ángela holds all relevant STCW and medical certifications and combines technical competence with a kind, respectful demeanor.
