Arianna is a motivated and reliable Deckhand with solid hands-on experience on both motor yachts and sailing yachts, including private yachts up to 30 metres operating in the Mediterranean. Over the past seasons, she has gained practical experience in
mooring and anchoring operations, exterior maintenance, washdowns, navigation watches, tender handling, and guest support during water sports activities.
Her background includes working on yachts equipped with a wide range of water toys, such as tenders, Seabobs, SUPs, Jet Skis, flyboards and e-surfs, where she was involved in their launch, recovery and supervision. She has also supported captains
during navigation, both under motor and sail, and has experience assisting with basic engine room checks, refuelling, water supply operations, and general yacht upkeep.
Before entering the yachting industry, Arianna developed a strong sporting and hospitality background as a swimming instructor, lifeguard, SUP instructor and tourism professional. This gives her a naturally active, safety-conscious and guest-oriented approach, particularly valuable during charters where water activities and outdoor service play an important role.
Arianna is known for being serious, well-mannered, precise and highly motivated. She is a quick learner, works well within a team, and approaches every task with commitment, organization and a positive attitude. Her combination of seamanship, water sports experience and hospitality awareness makes her a valuable deck crew member on board.
Carla is an experienced Hostess/Cook with a strong background in hospitality, yacht charter service, guest care, and onboard catering. Before joining the yachting industry, she built an extensive career in hotel management, holding senior positions in several luxury hotels, where she developed solid skills in guest relations, team coordination, event organization, purchasing, menu planning, and high-standard service delivery.
In recent years, Carla has worked as Chef and Hostess/Chef on a variety of charter yachts and catamarans, including MYBA charter programs, gaining practical experience in meal preparation, interior service, provisioning, housekeeping, guest assistance, and support during mooring operations. Her profile combines the warmth and attention to detail of a dedicated hostess with
the practical cooking abilities required to offer guests a pleasant and relaxed onboard experience.
