The villa’s spacious living area features tasteful furnishings and a large couch, while sliding glass doors open to a private patio that seamlessly connects the indoor dining and gourmet kitchen spaces. The bedroom, elevated above the living room, boasts a king-sized bed positioned to offer breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and passing sailboats. The master bath includes a double sink vanity and a unique indoor/outdoor shower surrounded by privacy glass, enhancing the villa’s luxurious feel.

Outdoors, guests can dine under the covered patio with a gas BBQ grill, sunbathe on the open deck, or take a refreshing dip in the private pool. With 1,600 square feet of pristine white sandy beach and 125 feet of beachfront, Sundowner invites you to relax and soak up the sun. The villa can also be rented alongside Sunset Watch and 1 Paradise Lane, accommodating up to 10 guests with two pools. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Nail Bay Sports Club facilities, including outdoor tennis courts, an indoor squash court, and a gym, ensuring a memorable Caribbean holiday.
