Welcome to Dos Sols! A unique Caribbean vacation villa, Dos Sols accommodates up to 7 people in 3 separate buildings clustered around a freeform fresh water pool. This exceptional architectural design provides exquisite ocean views and breezes from every room, coupled with easy access to a quiet white sandy beach on the North Sound of Virgin Gorda Island. Regardless of the size of your group, while at Dos Sols Villa you have exclusive use of the entire villa.

Surrounded by a lush tropical garden on nearly an acre of land, this luxury villa is perfect for either couples or families. Swimming, sunning and excellent snorkeling off the beach of Little Leverick Bay are all just a minute away and easily reached by stone pathways from each room. If you are sailing, our private seabed mooring awaits you directly in front of the villa. Russell, the villa’s private gardener, will gladly give you a tour of the garden and help you select fresh papaya, grapefruit, limes, oranges, mangos, soursop, bananas, coconuts and other fruits and vegetables when in season.

The main house at Dos Sols offers panoramic views of the sparkling blue Caribbean and provides a central gathering place for guests. Imagine the cool tile floors, Casablanca fans, coupled with soft trade winds and an average year-round temperature of 82 degrees. A 20-foot wall of sliding glass doors opens to a spacious covered outdoor dining and living area overlooking the pool, North Sound, Prickly Pear Island, Moskito Island and Anegada. After a day of exploring the island and enjoying its many water sports, relax in the shade of the porch with an island drink as you watch the setting sun turn sails to a soft shade of pink. Later, stretch out in the Pawley Island hammock and view the distant lights of Anegada Island.

The Great Room, with its dramatic rough hewn cedar-beamed cathedral ceiling and custom furnishings, is exquisitely decorated with local and Caribbean art. Exceptional amenities include complimentary DSL internet access, a component stereo system with receiver and multi-CD player, and extensive video, book and music libraries. For those traveling with their wireless-enabled laptops, a state-of-the-art access point permits wireless internet access throughout the villa property. And with the automatic-on propane generator, the inconvenience of frequent BVI power outages are now a thing of the past!

Kids of all ages will enjoy the entertainment area off the Great Room with its cable television, DVD and VHS players, an assortment of games, and an adjacent full bathroom. Dinner seating for up to eight is located indoors and on the spacious covered outdoor living area overlooking the water. The gourmet kitchen features Venetian tile countertops and a center island made from local stone. Extensive amenities include a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, brisker, microwave oven, toaster oven, professional blender, food processor, pasta maker, a wide selection of cooking utensils and selected local spices from Sunny Caribbee spice shop.

Guest accommodations are provided in individually-named cottages, each surrounding the freshwater pool and deck. Bedrooms are connected with the main house by natural stone pathways and steps meandering through a colorful flower garden. You will enjoy exclusive use of the entire property during your stay at Dos Sols. “Sea-Aria” with its king size bed is ideal for couples and serves as a “master” suite. Each attractively decorated bedroom cottage has its own large covered porch and Caribbean-style outdoor – yet private – shower. Bedrooms are designed with your every comfort in mind, and include a mini-refrigerator, coffeemaker, mini-stereo, air conditioner, beach chairs and umbrella. “Poolside” is located in the lower level of the main house, steps from the pool, and is furnished with a queen-size bed, private bath with outdoor Caribbean shower, coffeemaker, and table with chairs on the adjacent deck. “Grotto” can accommodate either a couple with its queen-sized bed, or up to 4 individuals with the two additional twin beds.
All bedrooms are designed with windows on three sides to take advantage of cool trade wind breezes. Air-conditioning is provided in each bedroom but typically unnecessary. Drift off to sleep with the sound of water lapping on the shore. Awaken to the songs of tropical birds and witness a spectacular Caribbean sunrise as you sip coffee from your private porch.

All rates shown are for a 7 night stay and will be prorated for the number of nights you wish to stay. Please note there is a 7 night minimum stay during “high season”, and a 5 night minimum during “low season” (May 1 – December 14).
